I’m an Artist

How would young people with special educational needs respond to an opportunity to become artists? This question drove a unique project that far exceeded expectations.

Through a creative consultation process the young people took ownership of this project from the very beginning. After planning a trip to ‘Big London’ and wandering around the TATE and the South Bank, the group were inspired to create a new outdoor learning space back at school and stage an exhibition of their own abstract art.
