Flaming Tiger

Pupils and teachers at Queen Victoria Primary School immersed themselves in Chinese Culture igniting creative learning and teaching across the whole curriculum. Starting with the stimulus of The Firework Makers Daughter by Phillip Pullman pupils had a wide range of multi sensory experiences that accommodated all learning styles. Artists, creative practitioners and local businesses worked in partnership with the school and supported the learning journeys of all the participants.

The pupils shared their wonderful creativity throughout the project with parents and the wider community and a spectacular celebration event marked the end of this inspirational project.
